Tom leads the Harbourpoint team. He's a senior property professional with over 14 years experience across New Zealand and Australia, delivering  complex property developments across a wide-range of classes. 

This experience spans between ASX and NZX listed companies and private developers. Across his career, Tom has worked on development portfolios in excess of $1.5 billion in gross development value, with consistent day-to-day responsibility for $500m+ of live projects. 

Importantly for offshore investors, Tom works nationally across New Zealand, leveraging strong relationships with local governments, central government agencies and the private sector. This holistic exposure enables sharp insight into regional market conditions, consenting risk, delivery capability, operator quality, and clear visibility on which parties are credible and which should be avoided.
